The ever-increasing number of subscribers did not result in a profit for the streaming service. Their operating expenses doubled from $0.8 to $1.5m because of a surge in production, technology, and marketing expenses. This commendable move will hopefully lure in more subscribers. Make sure you don’t miss the first and maybe last screening of the Mandalorian. Maybe you’ll end up being a Disney+ subscriber.
